Escaping XML Entities in XLIFF 2.1 export (like attribute its:person)

      When creating XLIFF2 some Attributes are not escaped properly.

      For example the editing user of a segment is written unescaped to the segment.

      That means for example using the "&" character breaks the XML and the generated XLIFF2 is invalid.
