TaskUserTracking: rework store for better performance

      Currently the complete taskUserTrackings-store is loaded everytime for the task-grid and even when opening just a single task.

      Improvement:

      Don't LOAD the store, but FILL the store WITH ONLY THE DATA WE NEED:

      • (before the task-grid is rendered data for the visible tasks only
      • (when a task is opened data for that single task only
