On Export the tags of source and target are compared, and if they differ the warning E1149 is produced.

The same warning is produced as false positive in proofreading tasks, where the tags are intentionally different in the imported target and the source.

This is changed, in translation tasks the tags are compared to the source, in proofreading task to the imported target.
