TrackChanges fail cursor-position in Firefox

problem:

• TrackChanges in Firefox are buggy; for example: open a segment in Firefox and start typing => the cursor ends up on the left.

solution:

• Changes in handling the position of the cursor:

• after inserting content: set range for isGecko
• after typing fast: clean-up ALL invisible placeholders
