The changed segments will not longer be listed in the notification mails after translation step is finished - since all segments were changed here.

Currently the table of touched segments is also added to mails, that are send after finish of the workflow step translation.

This makes no sense, because the translator should touch all segments.

So this table should be omitted in mails onfinish after translation.
