Point all users to the fact, that the mails are now active by default with 1 day before the deadline is over.

Description
- For every role by default translate5 should remind users of non-finished tasks 2 day before the deadline to finish their task
- In the next update in the release notes all admins must be pointed to this fact and to the documentation that shows, how to change this setting.
- Do we have sufficient mail templates for the mails?
