Fill up relay / second source column from TM instead separate import file

      Feature Request: fill up relay data from language resources instead only via separate import file in the "relais" folder.

      Idea: Choose the relay language in the add task wizard. If there are matching language resources, try to get relay content for the relay language from there. Should then be only > 100% matches (or if less with warning or something).
