      Problem:
      Implement PangeaMt timeout exception (or general language resource timeout exception).
      When we run into timeouts, write inside the languageresources log and also write into task logs when we pretranslate files. (when we pre-translate a task and the pre-translation fails because of timeouts of the language resource, the PM should see this in the task log.)
