Reapply tooltip over processing status column

    • The tool-tips were changed accidentally and are restored now.

      Previously we had a tooltip on the processing status column, that showed the last editor, the date/time of last edit and a comment and maybe more. Now only "MID XYZ" is shown.

      This most be reapplied, as it had been. Why had it been changed?
