Problem

The CSS code for SpellCheck and TrackChanges (Plugin in general when adding CSS to the HTML Editor) is added multiple times to the HTML editor.

In the case of TrackChanges the adding of the CSS was depending on the workflow step, which was leading to the problem that when changing the workflow step the track changes in an edited segment were not styled anymore. This is fixed too.
