The time needed for an update of translate5 depends also on the package size. The package was blown up in the last time, now the size is reduced again.

Description
The size of the translate5.zip was increased about several mega bytes due containing stuff which is already delivered in the vendor zip or with data where is no need to deliver it at all.
This things are removed again from the install package.
