Make configurable if pivot language should be available in add task wizard

    • The availability / visibility of the pivot language in the add task wizard can be configured in the configuration for each customer now.

      Add a system configuration that

      • defines, if the pivot language is selectable in the add task wizard
      • by default is set to "true"
      • is overwriteable on client-level

          aleksandarSorry, this was specified wrong by me: The overwriteability on client level does not make any sense here. We need to simply let this only be defined on system level and should have no dependency on what is selected in the client drop down of the task wizard.
