Ensure config overwrite works for "task usage mode"

    • The task usageMode can now be set via API on task creation (not as mentioned in the issue before via config).
    • The task usageMode can now be set via API on task creation.

    Description

       

      Currently the task usage mode can be overwritten in the task-import and task-overwrites of the config.

      Yet this does not have any effect.

      Only the option in the task properties works.

      Goal:

      • Make it work through the client, task-import and task-overwrites
      • Remove it from the task properties
