Create a shortcut to directly get into the concordance search bar

Add a shortcut to directly get the cursor into the "concordance search" search bar, so one can start typing the search term right away.

These means, where ever the focus of the cursor currently is within translat5s editor, if the user presses F3 in the future the concordance search window will open and the cursor will be put into the input field.
