Multicolumn CSV import was not working anymore in some special cases

Multicolumn CSV import with multiple files and different target columns was not working anymore, due an error in the md5 hash repetition calculation. (The information if the task has alternates or not, was calculated to early), therefore the task had "target" columns with null values which was producing errors. This is fixed now.
