Change text to:

DE: Nur für SDLXLIFF Dateien: In importierter Datei explizit gesperrte Segmente sind in translate5 ebenfalls gesperrt

With TRANSLATE-2360 the checkbox is moved into the general task-config and the column is also removed from the task grid.
