Microsoft Translator language resource connector is not properly implemented

    • The Microsoft Translator language resource connector is not properly implemented regarding error handling and if a location restriction is used in the azure API configuration.

      problems

      • The error handling of the microsoft language resource is not properly implemented (left over from TRANSLATE-2294)
      • if a location is used in the microsoft azure API configuration, the API returns currently always 401 Unauthorized since the location must be delivered to the API too, which is currently not implemented
      • the language validation of the current implementation tries always to translate something instead of using the getLanguages call
