It seems that some new feature triggers the materialized view creation of a task before the import which fills the MV is running. That leads to some kind of deadlock since on the import then the MV can not be filled and the import stops with the above error message.

To find out the reason the debugging / logging is improved first.

Reason / Reproduction

Create a task with the task wizard, in the next step assign a user, after assigning the user change the association (change intial workflow step) then save the association and continue the import.
