Add segment length check to AutoQA after pre-translation or segment saving, so that it is listed as separate error category.

• segment relevantly shorter than allowed ("more than x% shorter than allowed OR at least Y Pixel shorter than allowed" / x and y definable in config and overwriteable on instance, client and import level)
