Remove InstantTranslate on/off button from InstantTranslate and move functionality to configuration

    • The auto-translate feature in instant translate can be configured if active for each client.

      The button that de/activates InstantTranslate in the InstantTranslate GUI should be removed.

      The functionality to turn this on or off should be moved to the configuration.

      It should be able to overwrite this on client level.

      If a user is assigned to several clients with different values, InstantTranslate should be only off, if it is off for all assigned clients
