Description
Problem
When DeepL language resource is created, and the target language is sub language (en-US. de-DE etc..), the target language code is saved as lowercase in the database. This leads to a problem in fuzzy matching in instant translate file pre-translation (see attached image) when the show sub languages flag is enabled.
