currently all Exceptions and error messages are either untranslated or translated to the language which the user currently uses.

This should be refactored in a way that the language of error messages which are only written to the error-log is always English without a translation by translate5.

This is important to enable all admins worldwide to understand translate5 error messages. It should be not necessary to translate them, since an IT admin should be able to understand basic English.
