100% match editable overwrite not working for TermTranslation projects

    • FIXED: editability of 100% matches in term translation projects was not respecting config set up on system and client levels

    Description

      Problem

      When clicking "have translated terms retranslated?" during creation of a term translation project via TermPortal, then those terms are 104% matches and locked no matter what config the specific client or even instance has.

      Solution

      104% matches in term translation projects should be locked according to the general config overwrite logic.
