Add a proper API-test for Hotfolder-Import. The test must test "the real thing" with all involved enpoints: auto-pretranslation, user-assignment, visual (if possible), add language-resource, ... . The current Test-Controller & Code should be phased out, If callback-endpoints are needed for a full cycle, editor_Plugins_PrivateTests_MockApiController can be used to achieve this easily.
