Description

Since Term Collection files (.tbx) can contain a lot of terms, and importing them takes time, implement asynchron term collection import, so the whole import runs in background and does not bock the user of using translate5. Also implement locking mechanism so the term collection can not be used while the import is running (something similar to the task import)
