Improve Segmentation

while we have more and more data do test the visual review we found sometimes characters or what ever, that will not be mapped to the corresponding segment. This leads to the following improvements:

• ' in HTML ' in segment

26.07.2018:

• Segmente die nur 1 Byte lang sind und nur aus [a-zA-Z0-9] bestehen sollen gar nicht ausgezeichnet werden.
• Für Segmente die weniger als 3 Zeichen (echte Zeichen) haben werden keine Aliase ausgezeichnet.
