Switch analysis to batch mode, where language resources support it

      Sending multiple segment per request when match analysis and pre-translation is running now can be configured in (default enabled):
      runtimeOptions.plugins.MatchAnalysis.enableBatchQuery
      Currently this is supported by the following language resources:
      - Nectm
      - PangeaMt
      - Microsoft
      - Google
      - DeepL

      So far translate5 sends one query for every segment to every language resource. Some language resources support batch mode: * Google * Microsoft Translator * PangeaMT * DeepL * NEC-TM They should be switched to batch mode, meaning that as many segments as possible are send in one query to the resource. The batch size should be configurable by resource in translate5s configuration. 

      The switch to batch mode will also improve the performance of pre-translation in InstantTranslate.
