The above mentioned error is now only triggered if the user has opened the task for editing, before also a readonly opened task was triggering that error.

If a user with a finished job opens an associated task again, the task is opened read only.
In that situation the the PM is not able to change the users state from finished to open since the user has opened the task already. This might be a problem if the user opens the tasks for editing, but not if the user opens the task just for viewing.
[TRANSLATE-2258] Fix error E1161 "The job can not be modified due editing by a user" so that it is not triggered by viewing only users.
