Remove sensitive data of API endpoint task/userlist

    • Critical
    • The userlst needed for filtering in the task management exposes the encrypted password.

      • Fix the performance of the call removed since this bug report was basing on version 3.3.2, in the meantime the performance was fixed.
      • remove auto loading of the userlist - now it is only loaded if needed
      • Why is it called when the editor is loaded only
      • The sensitive data (password hash and OpenID stuff) must be removed from the userlist
