Import progress bar in instant translate file translation and in the task overview.

The user in the GUI of InstantTranslate should see a progress during the translation of a document:
- 5% after okapi conversion and document import in translate5 is finished
- 93% evenly distribute on the pre-translated segments. Every 5 seconds this value should be updated in the GUI
- 2% after the export is finished
The same calls must be usable via API
