Internal changes to improve hosting management

    • Moved the config files of the TermImport Plugin (filesystem.config and crossapi.config) to a new location: data/tbx-import. If such config does exist in your installation, it is moved automatically!

      • Plugins must be able to provide commands
      • change directpublicaccess so that one symlink from /public/ points to ../data and there are created then the concrete task symlinks
      • load installation.ini alternativly from /data/installation.ini
      • Enable plugin loading from other places as only Plugins/
      • Clean up of repository
      • clean up build and deploy process for easier usage
