Make XML Parser more standard conform

    • The internal used XML parser was not completly standard conform regarding the naming of tags.

      The is no valid XML tag: <?TEXT?> since a tag must start only with letters, numbers or underscore.

      Therefore <?TEXT?> was parsed as tag, but it is none.
