For some pdfs ghostscript hangs in optimization - so we have to optionally skip ghostscript in that case

    • Nothing to do with t5 code for this to be released, only need to update pdfconverter and visualconverter docker images
    • In case the pdf optimization process hanged now it is skipped and the pdf is converted to html omitting the optimization step.

      We should check the GS output in the pdf re-printing and see, if a page takes to long for conversion. If yes, we should kill GS and try the conversion without it.
