improve content protection rules float generic comma and float generic dot

    • Content protection for floats and integers will try to protect + and - sign before number as default behaviour.

      Problem

      • The rules float generic comma/dot will not protect floats like 0,78 or 0.58, anything starting with 0.
      • The rules used for the output mapping will convert 1,0 to 1

      Solution

      Protect 0,45 and 0.77 etc as well

      Convert 1,0 to 1.0 etc.
