admin or PM cannot open task in their role when assigned an editor job and job not ready

      Problem

      When an admin or PM has a workflow step assigned in the workflow of a task and this job is not ready, the other jobs of the workflow cannot be opened in admin/PM role.

      Solution

      As long as the PM is assigned to a workflow step

      • and this job is open
      • the workflow step should be opened in editor role in the frame of this job and therefore the task

      and if the job is in any other  state

      • the PM should be treated as PM of this task.
