repetitions editor not working

    • Fix fetch of alike segment. Fix resname comment saving (activate xliff comment import)

      Problem

      For files where a resname attribute is present, in the reported problem typo3 xml, the repetition editor is not working. This would be expected behavior for segments with differing resnames, but the repetitions editor is not working for same resname segments, too.
