Problem
If a tag was defined as a translatable inline tag in Okapi ITS-filter, but that tag was the only tag in the whole xml document, Okapi did throw an error and did refuse to do something with the file. This was solved with

Please validate, if both problems are actually solved
Also test the ITS filter, if it still does lead to the same results, as before. How to do that is described in a developer comment below.
When all is fine: Make sure, with the next release all instances in hosting and on premise will use the new build as new default for new tasks.
