Tasknames with HTML entities are producing errors in segmentstatistics plugin

      problem

      Entering a taskName with & through GUI or API produces an error in SegmentStatistics Plugin

      solution

      • before the taskName is set in segmentstatistics Plugin it must be xmlentity encoded
      • Test also changes.xml creation since there is the task name probably also used in the XML
