We would like to predefine which columns are shown in the working environment of new Proofreaders. For example, it should be possible to define that Users with the role "proofreader" automatically see the "Source text", "Target text" and "Comment" columns.

Reason: If a previous editor uses comments, there is a risk that a subsequent user ignores the comments because he or she forgets to select the "Comments" column from the Columns drop-down list.
