Goal

In certain workflows terminology is at first translated and proofread in a normal translation workflow.

Afterwards it is added to the terminology.

Implementation

• This issue can be handled via the default workflow
• The termcollections to be changed must be associated to the task. The termcollections must be writable (checkbox in language resource association panel, currently not possible  for termcollections, see next point)
• Enable writeback / update functionality for termcollection language resources

• the process status of the saved terms depends on the current workflow step of the task:

• • unprocessed (on translation workflow step)
  • provisionallyProcessed (on proofreading workflow step)
  • finalized (on translatorCheck workflow step, or on proofreading if there are no associated translatorCheckers)
  • on saving a term there must be the question to the user if should be merged or a new term entry should be created. Only if a similar source term exists.
• On finishing a proofreading task, all non touched segments must also be saved into the saveable language resources (also for TMs, here this function is just missing).
• the last editor of each segment of the task is set as creator and last editor of the term in the same way as if they where set in the transac group creation or modification of a TBX import. Same is true for the creation and modification dates (also taken from the last modification date of the translate5 segment)
• on errors due to mergeTerms (see TRANSLATE-1274)
  • the user should receive a notice, that the term could not be saved into the term collection, since there were for example multiple homonym terms
  • same for the final popup on finishing the task. All mergeable terms are merged, the ones with errors are listed in the popup (or in the error overview of the task)
