SpellCheck & TrackChanges: handle replacements as if the user edits

XMLWordPrintable

      changes by replacements must be tracked as if the user is editing.

      example:

      • add some content (= tracked as INS) with incorrect spelling.
      • apply a replacement as suggested in the SpellCheck-Contextmenu
      • the part that is replaced now must be deleted, not marked as deleted.
