Currently "sub" elements containing also content of a segment is not added to min max length restriction calculation.
The Question here is also on a conceptional level if this makes sense at all, since the sub content is coming normally from HTML title tags or similar. A length check by adding the length of all other transunit content makes not really sense here.

Feedback from marcmittag to tlauria: It does not make sense to add the content of sub elements to the length count of their parents. It also would make sense to completely exclude them from a length count of the trans-unit. Would that be easy?
