SpellCheck must not remove the TermTag-Markup

problem:

• Running a SpellCheck removes existing TermTag-Markup.
• (Background: Applying SpellChecks requires to remove SpellCheck-Markup that came from results from former SpellChecks. Currently this step also removes the TermTag-Markup - both are marked as spans, and ALL span-Markup is removed.)

solution:

• exclude the removal of TermTag-Markup in this step and remove SpellCheck-Markup only.
