problem

1. Remove the opener of a tag pair in the editor
2. save the segment
3. the tag check complains about the missing tag
4. press "save anyway"

Current behaviour: the segment is saved without removing the orphaned close tag. When opening the segment, and close it again the tag is removed.

Expected behaviour: the orphaned tag is removed directly on pressing save anyway
