Search & Replace: Activate "Replace"-key right away

When you open the replace window, currently at first the "Replace"-Button is not active.

This should be changed: 

• It should be active right away
• When clicking it, a search should be triggered and the first search result should be marked for replacement
• A next click on replace than replaces the initially marked search result and jumps to the next
