Trigger workflow actions also on removing a user from a task

    Description

      situation

      three users are associated to a task. 2 of the users have finished the task, the third one not. A PM removes the third user, either because of a wrong association or because he is a lacy guy. With removing that user all users are on state finished.

      This does not trigger the workflow handling, what should be changed here.
