Add comment on job level and include it in announcement mails

    Description

      On job level (a translate5 job is an individual assignment of a user to a workflow step) we introduce a new field "comment".

      The content of this field is shown in the following locations:

      • As new column "comment" in the table of the user assignment tab of the task properties. The first words are shown there and abbreviated with "...". A tooltip over the table cell shows the full comment.
      • If an existing job is selected for editing in the table of the user assignment tab of the task properties, the first words (more than in the column) are shown in the right area with the editing options for this job assignment and abbreviated with "...". A tooltip over the abbreviated comment shows the full comment.
      • On editing the comment (see below) the full comment is shown
      • In the assignment, notification and reminder mails 

      When adding or editing a user job assignment, in the right column with the editing options a button is shown "add comment" (if no comment exists) or "edit comment" (if a comment exists).

      This button opens a new pop up window where the comment can be written. The pop-up contains a wysiwyg editor, so that it is possible to format the comment with mark-up (fonts only serif / non-serif selectable).
