When using the install-and-update.bat with an optional ZIP file given as parameter is internally not forwarded to the called PHP scripts. How the parameter for the php should look like, can be investigated in the .sh file - where it works.

After changing the .bat file the INSTALLER_VERSION constant in the Installer_Standalone class should be incremented.
