Do not automatically add anymore missing tags on overtaking results from language resources

So far we did add missing tags, when a result returned from an integrated MT or TM service.

Meanwhile it is easy for the user to add these tags and it is better to simply leave this to the user, as our tag check checks, if tags are missing on saving them.
