Status quo

Currently main language (like "en") and sublanguages (like "en-GB") are shown in the languages drop downs of InstantTranslate. There is a fuzzy matching, that contents from a sublanguage also appear, when you select a main language, but NOT vice versa.

In the future the fuzzy matching should stay, but only main languages should appear in the drop downs, if a config switch configures it like this. Default should be "show sublanguages".
